Will Keys

Will is the North American IoT Product Owner & Facilities Systems Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence Lead, responsible for IoT innovation initiative, strategic direction and oversight of all NorAm FM systems quality functions. He has been managing a team of experts to generate business processes to support market segments and site teams by optimizing workflow to maximize data capture for asset life cycle management, data integrity, and labor management since 2017.  Prior to this position, Will was an Application Deployment Specialist with the NorAm Healthcare Segment since 2014.  Will has his Master of Science in Management from Wilmington University.  Before starting with Sodexo, Will served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps for five years. Outside of work, Will enjoys traveling and spending time with his family in Delaware, where he can be found at the beach fishing.
