Natalie Levine is the Global Supply Services Indirect Procurement lead at Colgate Palmolive Company.   She is responsible for partnering with the Global Supply Chain organization to drive the Integrated Facilities management, MRO simplification and key Capital investments on a global basis, while maintaining connections with the Division teams to maximize synergies.  Natalie has been in various procurement roles, both in the direct and indirect procurement areas, across the consumer products, media/entertainment and aerospace industries. She has led significant savings, simplification and process-driven improvements across various organizations.  

Natalie was part of the initial global Facilities first-generation outsourcing program at Colgate, which covers 40+ locations across multiple geographies, various site types (manufacturing, office, technology centers).  The program established global contracts with two IFM programs, implemented a rigorous transition / change management process, established global KPIs and governance to monitor program success.
