David Melancon has spent over 11 years in multiple Indirect Sourcing roles at Honeywell and a medical device manufacturer. As the client, David held the position of Global Capital Equipment Sourcing Leader of a $15B division of Honeywell, David achieved several million dollars of YOY savings through redeploying equipment instead of buying new, competitively selling equipment, and transferring cost of removal to its buyers.
