Conference Highlights: An excellent first time launch for an event. I see the event growing much more in the future since this topic is very poorly covered by other conferences.
I have attended other events in the ProcureCon series…
…I attended the Indirect West event as a delegate in 2012 and have been on the mailing list ever since. When I saw an email from Jennifer Platt inviting me to speak at the Facilities event, I was enthusiastic about the opportunity.
Facilities is an area of growth for us, so of course I’m going to get excited about a chance to sit with other procurement professional and discuss the challenges facing us. I couldn’t pass it up!
This conference was exactly what I expected from the ProcureCon series…
…It was well organized, the companies in attendance were exactly the right mix and the people were not shy in discussing their challenges, their strategies and their perspectives. I was glad to be spending time with likeminded professionals who I could use as a sounding board.
I would like to sign up as an advisor for the 2019 conference!
I have a lot of faith in the potential of this topic and this conference. I think there are some huge opportunities on the vendor side and I would love to help. I have always been impressed by the caliber of the ProcureCon conference series and would love to actively help in building the framework of next year’s event. Sign me up!
